NEW HEAD COACH/GM
The Kimberley Dynamiters are pleased to announce Jerry Bancks as the new Head Coach/GM for the Dynamiters. Jerry had been assistant coach to the Kootenay Ice since 2010. He is also the head instructor at the Kimberley Alpine Hockey School. Previously during two different stints Jerry has been an assistant coach with the Dynamiters. His history as a hockey player had him playing in the Western Canada Hockey League with the Lethbridge Broncos and Calgary Centennials (1974-1976) and the five years at the University of Calgary.
Jerry is brining on Jeff Keiver and Rick Allen to his coaching team. Jeff Keiver has played in the NCAA in 1999-2001 and is also currently involved with the Alpine Hockey School. Rick Allen has been involved with the Dynamiters before as a GM in the 2011/2012 season and has some great hockey connections for players.
We are looking forward to the season with you guys leading the team!
