What should the player get for a penalty for hitting to the head . If the player is hurt should the offender have to sit out until the injured player comes back to play? Three strike rule, first offence 3 games, second offence 5 games, third offence year off with out pay(NHL/Pro)?

It is my opinion that due to the speed of the game, the level of violence that is a part of the game and the emotion of the players and coaches a blanket rule to cover every incident is not practical. Each situation is unique and should be treated as such. Intent, however hard to determine, needs to play a part in the disciplinary process. The offenders past actions and a revue of the game offences should be revued as well. This is of course only one fans opinion. Garry Peltzer 12/11/2011 18:11

Thanks Garry, uploaded the correct picture of Connor Kutzner now. The coaches didn't know till that night we were going to do the photo, and as much as inviting the equipment manager and helpers would be great - we would also have to invite all the board of directors and volunteers too as they are just as much as part of the team and it's success. Maybe for the year end picture we can try to include everyone that is part of the organization - that would be great to see! Garry Peltzer 12/14/2011 18:30
